Reciva hula’s into DLNA 1.5 Compliance

Reciva recently attended the 20th DLNA Plugfest event in Waikoloa, Hawaii, to test its UPnP connectivity and compatibility with a wide range of media devices and brands.

After 4 days of intense testing, the Reciva software architecture successfully connected to, browsed, and played music from every device submitted by some of the most respcted global CE brands.

Reciva also future-proofed its UPnP implementation by testing against as yet unreleased devices and software.

Reciva’s DLNA expert and plugfest attendee - Matt Hart, commented “Successfully attending this plugfest event was the last step in confirming that the software on the Reciva hardware platform is ready for DLNA 1.5 conformance. The feedback was excellent and this allows us to continue our drive forward as the premier Internet radio platform”
