Hotel & Hospitality FrontDesk System
Reciva’s Hotels & Hospitality FrontDesk system adds the following new options to our Internet radio products. Each of these features can be independently controlled from a Browser using a Reciva FrontDesk Server.
The system is available in 3 packages; Bronze, Silver and Gold. The main features, available in all packages, are listed below.
Reciva FrontDesk Control:
Radios can have a simple interface that allows the front desk computer to remotely control and monitor all radios in the hotel. The front desk can:
• Update the station list
• Turn the radio on/off
• Set the alarm clock
• Set the presets
• Play a station
• Name the radio
• Change the language
• Select the ‘Mode’ – i.e. Aux, iPod, Internet Radio, DAB, FM
• Perform firmware upgrades
• Set the backlight level
• Set volume level
• Receive real-time feedback from radio when alarm switched off
Other features:
Settings Menu On/Off:
The Settings menu can be hidden to prevent users from changing the configuration of the radio. It can be temporarily restored by pressing a unique sequence of keys immediately after boot-up. The Settings menu will then disappear again after a reboot or subsequent stations list download.
Media Player On/Off:
The Media Player menu can be hidden, preventing access to the UPnP and Windows Media Shares features. This ensures that radio functionality is very straightforward and easy to use.
Custom Greetings Text:
In Simple Stations mode, the standby mode can be configured to display a customized greeting text, in place of the usual clock display.

Multiple locations
Unlimited Licences
High Level Server to required specification installed at all locations
24×7 telephone support
1 annual maintenance on site visit at all installed locations
